Ask for account deletion
There is no self-service account deletion button on the current website. Contact support from the account email and state that you want to request account deletion, not only sign out or refund a purchase.
Explain what you need removed
Identify the account and the type of information involved without copying sensitive chart records into the message. Ask how the request affects purchases, licenses and existing support correspondence.
Keep your own copies
Before any deletion is carried out, export chart files you need from the Mac app and retain receipts you need for your records. Chart files on your Mac are separate from the website account.
Send the request to [email protected]. The privacy policy describes rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and a portable copy for people in the UK, the EEA or Türkiye. This request route does not describe an automatic purge.
