Describe reproducible steps, expected results and actual results for a useful bug report.

Reproduce the smallest case
Try to identify the shortest sequence that causes the problem without deleting or overwriting valuable work. Note the starting page or app view and any relevant settings. Do not repeatedly retry a payment to reproduce a purchase issue.
Write a clear report
State what you were trying to do.
List the steps in order and say how often the problem occurs.
Describe the expected result and what actually happened, including the exact error text.
Include the Astrolize version, macOS version and purchase channel when relevant.
Keep evidence private
Use Support in Your account or the email address on /support. Do not paste private URLs or credentials. For calculation issues, include only the minimum reproducible data and the comparison settings.
