Check the source and compatibility
Confirm the app came from your original purchase channel. Astrolize requires macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. Check the actual release information for hardware compatibility rather than assuming every Mac is supported.
Record what macOS says
Note the exact alert and when it appears: opening the package, copying the app or launching it. A direct activation screen is different from macOS refusing to launch an application.
Use the matching installation
An Apple purchase should use the App Store copy. For a direct purchase, get the .dmg disk image from the eligible account download page when a build is available. Copy Astrolize.app to Applications and open that copy. If Downloads open shortly appears, wait for an official build rather than using an unofficial mirror.
