Compare the input record
Check the birth date and time, including whether the time is an estimate. Compare the time zone and daylight-saving treatment for that date, not only the place name. Check Latitude and Longitude for the selected location.

Different settings can legitimately produce different positions or house assignments. Write down the choices in both calculations before changing either.
Report a minimal example
If a difference remains, include the app version, relevant settings, expected result, actual result and how you obtained the comparison. Limit the example to the data needed to reproduce it. Do not claim a numerical accuracy limit from a screenshot alone.
